Resume Review

I am an Army Captain currently serving in Southern Baghdad.  Since we are getting close to redeployment (and getting out of the military), I have been working on my resume. I am having a tough time translating the “milspeak” into plain english and quantifying military achievments. Would anyone be willing to offer any assistance in making me as competitive as possible?
