Off Topic: secretary with tattoos

I don't think there is a forum that would be a perfect fit for this topic, but what is the general feeling about small but visible tattoos on secretary/administrative assistants? I recently held an interview for one who was a strong candidate, but had a small letter tattoo on her knuckle and 2-3 other small ones grouped together high on the inside part of her forearm. Not sure on my firm's policy, but I would like to hear some opinions.
