Planning Software and Custodian recommendations for new firm
Nov 2, 2016 8:23 pm
I recently passed my CFP board exam and my 65. I am putting the regulatory paperwork together to register with the state as an investment advisor, although I will primarily market myself on the planning side for the first year.
I am looking at Emoney as a professional software, and Shareholder Services Group as a custodian.
If you have feedback on either of these, or favorable views on others, I would love to hear your thoughts.
Also, if you have any good resources (mentor/starting a firm/etc) for someone starting out I would be grateful to hear them.
Best to you all.
