One Colorado firm experienced in offshore trusts even partnered with other firms and attorneys across the country, under a plan in which the Colorado firm would prepare and draft all offshore documents for the referring attorney's client and the referring attorney would prepare the usual local documents; the fee would be shared according to a pre-arranged schedule.
