Edgewater, N.J. – Locally based Starwood-Heller LLC is developing the final phase of The Promenade, a $75 million mixed-use community located in Edgewater. When completed next year, the complex will include 160,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 325 rental apartments, restaurants and hotels, 20,000 sq. ft. of office space and a 16-screen multiplex cinema.

More than 75 percent of the retail space has been pre-leased to tenants such as The Gap, The limited, Banana Republic, Victoria’s Secret and Pier 1 Imports.
