Investment management platform provider Vise is filling out its leadership team with the addition of three new executives, according to an announcement. Shah Hafizi is the firm’s new chief compliance officer; Niki Sri-Kumar is now vice president of product; and Yoonie Kim is now vice president of people and talent.

Hafizi was at "cloud mining" firm Genesis Mining before joining Vise. He was previously CCO of the digital wealth division at BlackRock and has also served as counsel at UBS and The D.E. Shaw Group. His public sector service includes developing standards for quantitative trading and derivatives as special counsel at the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets.

Sri-Kumar left fintech startup Affirm, where she spent four years developing the firm’s core platform as director of product. Kim has two decades of talent recruitment, making hiring decisions for firms like Nintendo, Amazon, Google and Dropbox.

“Shah, Niki and Yoonie are all at the top of their fields and their deep knowledge and expertise will be critical as we bring Vise to an increasingly wider range of financial advisors,” said Samir Vasavada, co-founder and CEO of Vise, in a statement.

The firm also added a pair of former SEC commissioners to its advisory board. Troy Paredes and Joe Grundfest will now sit on the firm’s advisory board. Paredes served as SEC commissioner from 2008 to 2013. Grundfest served as commissioner from 1985 to 1990.
