Stuart 'Stu' Malakoff joins Raymond James from Merrill Lynch.
Advisor Stuart Malakoff joined Raymond James’ independent advisor channel in Bend, Ore., according to an announcement.
“I’m very pleased to be able to offer my clients uncompromised guidance as an independent advisor and best-in-class resources,” said Malakoff, founder of Bend Wealth Advisors. “For the first time in my career, I feel I have the freedom and support to approach business decisions as an entrepreneur, with my clients’ interests at the forefront of those decisions. I am excited about all the ways I can continue to expand my practice now at Raymond James.”
Malakoff joined the firm from Merrill Lynch, where he managed over $170 million in client assets. He was with Merrill for more than 10 years and served as senior vice president and wealth management advisor before his departure.
