Retirement industry thought leaders answer three probing questions on critical issues, providing an open, honest and candid dialogue.

This week, we host Shawn O’Brien, associate director, retirement at Cerulli, asking these three questions:

1. What is your sense of the size of the opportunities for the convergence of wealth and retirement at work? Also, the size of the advisors who specialize in DC plans as well as others?

2. Record-keepers have established infrastructure like call centers and technology, as well as access to data. Can advisors replicate that?

3. Do you think there will be more collaboration or competition among record-keepers?

Let me know who else you would like to hear from and I will invite them to get real.
