Retirement industry thought leaders answer three probing questions on critical issues, providing an open, honest and candid dialogue.

This week, we host Michael Majors, VP, human resource solutions at Paychex, asking:

  1. There’s a possible explosion of the small and start up 401(k) market because of state mandates. What does your research show and do you believe there actually will be an explosion?

  2. Have new plan sales increased for Paychex, and if so, why? How are sales of PEPs going and what percentage of new plan sales are in PEPs? Do they actually cost more?

  3. How would you respond to reported service issues and why turnover at Paychex is higher than industry average? Has turnover improved over the last few years?

Let me know who else you would like to hear from and I will invite them to get real.
