Osaic’s Head of Marketing Leaves for LPL

Jen Roche, who was instrumental in steering Osaic's rebrand, will join LPL Financial's communications and public relations department.

Jen Roche, executive vice president of marketing and communications at Osaic, is leaving the firm this week, the company confirmed. She will join LPL Financial, where she had worked previously in her career, at the end of this month as a senior vice president of corporate communications and public relations.

Roche was most instrumental in driving Osaic's rebranding effort after executives there made the decision to merge the Advisor Group's network of independently branded broker/dealers under a single name and corporate identity. Roche, along with other senior executives, unveiled the new name, Osaic, and it's unified branding, several months later. In a May reorganization, Roche's reporting line was changed from Greg Cornick, president of advice and wealth management, to Dimple Shah, head of corporate strategy.

Prior to joining Osaic in 2022, Roche was a vice president and head of marketing and communications at AssetMark. Previously she was a senior vice president of product and sales marketing at LPL.

“We’ve always deeply valued Jen’s impressive industry expertise and established relationships,” said a spokeswoman for LPL.

This follows a string of senior exec departures at Osaic, including Jim Nagengast, the longtime president and CEO of Securities America, and Desiree Sii, who was CEO and president of SagePoint. Both broker/dealers have since been consolidated into Osaic. In June, Chief Digital Officer Pete Clemson and Senior Vice President of Advisor Relations Melissa Lamarche left the firm.
