The Yarza Group will work out of Snowden Lane’s office in Coral Gables, Fla. The team boosts the firm’s AUM to $13 billion.

The new additions include Jennifer Geoghegan, who previously served as The Colony Group’s first chief marketing officer, and Tony Ling, a former managing director at private equity firm Corsair Capital. 

UBS will create a new unit — dubbed GWM Solutions — that will bring various wealth offerings under one roof. Michael Camacho is also joining UBS from JPMorgan to lead wealth management in the U.S.

The First Summit team includes managing partners Thomas J. Cooney and Mark Freed, a former professional baseball player.  

Martin Marron, who had led the international private bank since 2021, has been named head of wealth-management solutions.

Dallas-based Fortis Wealth Advisors will use Goldman Sachs for custody.

Daniel Lee and Dylan Kremer join IEQ as managing directors and have roots at First Republic, the bank IEQ’s founders walked out of in 2019.

Chief Digital Officer Pete Clemson and Melissa Lamarche, senior vice president of advisor relations, are leaving the organization.

The seven advisors making up the team are joining Raymond James’ employee advisor channel.
