First Week Out.......Suggestions

bspears, i'd have to agree that it is most likely your attitude that is different. i wouldn't think you've been out long enough for the name over the door to really motivate clients yet. however, if you were truly disgusted by Jones for quite some time then that would bleed through, mainly in a lack of confidence in what you were proposing. just a thought.
but congrats on the month anyway, i hope there are many more to come.
Good for you man. I’m happy to hear you are making money, and seem to be having a great time doing it. Structure your day however you wish. If you are going to work for Jones, that is the ultimate advantage: they don’t give two sheeets what you do with your day, as long as you are producing. If you are doing as well as you say, take a half day off on Friday, every Friday. Fridays are horrible production days for me. Mondays aren’t much better. Reward yourself man, slow down, go fishing, go eat lunch with your children, play golf. Do it every Friday at 12pm, and get back to dialing on Saturday. You deserve it, and as long as you produce, Jones couldn’t give a crap less. Family and happiness is very important at Jones, and that is the only reason I am still there. I’m starving, but i’m happy, and I play a mean round of golf too. Good luck to you my man.
Been with lpl for a month. sold 200k worth of a private reit and neted 14k in ten minutes. I love being indy. LPL is pretty good too. I will net about 50k in May all of which is already in the bag before I write a new ticket. I net about 9k/month all of which is trails and fees. Is this a great country or what?

Dude that’s solid!
Welcome to the family…amazing service culture, right?
Great culture, but now I have to study for the 24 which is what I’m doing right now at home in shorts. I hate the 24.
