The advisors that I meet with know the strong and increasing role a website plays in their prospects’ and clients’ decision making. They know that they need to invest in their online presence, but have questions about what digital expectations are for them. A quick Google search on the topic will lead you to article upon article about retail consumers, pop up adds, and suggested purchases. While interesting, this data is not directly helpful to our industry. We are as different as our clients’ expectations.
