Retirement income planning software developer Timelineapp Tech Limited has launched its education platform, Timeline Digital Academy, the firm announced. The U.K.-based fintech showcased its planning capabilities at the 2020 T3 Advisor conference earlier this year, and has already rolled out integrations with CRM-provider Redtail Technology and Black Diamond in the past few months.

Modules on the education platform are intended to serve as remote training sessions for advisors, highlighting the science and data of the toolkit, how to use the decumulation software with clients and how to personalize clients’ experience. “Training and gaining skills in new approaches and adopting new technologies are key to delivering ROI for most businesses,” CEO Abraham Okusanya said in a statement. “We appreciate the need to educate users as much as we can in the science and approach in the core platform usability and capabilities.”

Okusanya expects the Digital Academy to evolve into a forum-like platform, where advisors will be able to share their ideas and experiences with other users of Timelineapp. Timelineapp developers will also look to the forum for product improvement insights.
