The over 7,600 financial advisors using the SEI Wealth Platform offered by SEI's Independent Advisor Solutions (IAS) will now be able to use an integrated version of compliance software from RIA in a Box, according to an announcement. Joint clients of the two services will be able to automate their compliance and registration processes and facilitate filings like Form ADV and Form CRS

The integration centers around RIA in a Box’s MyRIACompliance platform, which helps firms automatically track jurisdictions to register, as but one example. Advisors using the two services will also be able to view up-to-date AUM figures, through data custodied at SEI. The partnership automates some instances of data entry, too.

“Keeping up with compliance requirements can be daunting for many advisors,” said Raef Lee, managing director of strategic partnerships and new initiatives for IAS by SEI, in a statement. “The automation achieved through the SEI Wealth Platform’s integration with RIA in a Box will help streamline the compliance process for advisors.”
