Envestnet is unveiling more than 400 improvements to its platform, including updates to the user experience, financial planning, and piloting features in its upcoming launch, Insurance Exchange, the company said.

Users of the updated platform will find improved digital document and reporting options for clients and an integrated Digital Advice account opening support features for custodian partners. Advisors utilizing the financial planning features of the platform will find improvements to both Advanced Logix and Advice Logix, including fixes to help with third-party integrations. 

In anticipation of the Insurance Exchange launch, Envestnet is piloting optimized proposal workflows for insurance products. Companies like Allianz have already announced their integration with the feature.

Other improvements include improved trade execution and client review workflows for bank business lines, as well as the addition of new data points for creating and maintaining portfolio models.
