Envestnet’s Tamarac is now integrated with data aggregator and client portal provider Wealth Access, according to the fintech firm. The integration is at a software-level, allowing data to move between the two platforms without hampering advisors’ use of Tamarac’s portfolio management capabilities.

The partnership will give advisors using both platforms a more thorough perspective, said Envestnet. Wealth Access aggregates information from more than 20,000 financial services institutions on a proprietary platform that provides financial management tools for high net worth clients, according to the company. Envestnet’s own aggregator and analytics platform, Yodlee, includes partnerships with 18,000 financial institutions.

Advisors can now use client engagement tools at Wealth Access matched with reconciled data from Tamarac, for example.

“RIAs using both Tamarac and Wealth Access solutions can now take advantage of two industry-leading offerings through this exciting collaboration,” said Andina Anderson, managing director of client relations at Envestnet’s Tamarac.
