Software provider AdvisoryWorld is updating its Advisor Proposal Generator to include a Monte Carlo simulator and fee disclosure and analysis feature, the company announced today at the Schwab IMPACT conference.

The simulator allows users to determine the likelihood of investors’ ability to meet their goals at a household level, and is derived from inputs like historical and forecasted return, the company said. The fee transparency feature links an advisor’s fee to a proposal. Fee controls can be manipulated at a firmwide level, too.

The enhancements came at the request of the tool’s users, said CEO Michael Wilson. “Conferences like IMPACT provide an incredible forum for valuable conversation with leading advisors, and we are honored to announce the result of these partnerships directly at the source,” he added.
