Digital wealth management platform AdvisorEngine added a WisdomTree-powered portfolio analysis tool, the company announced at its AdvisorEngine DRIVE Summit. It’s a free add-on for Junxure users and will serve as a tool for advisors interested in exploring the effects of variables like risk and fees on client investments.

The analysis tool will look at both WisdomTree’s exchange traded funds and outside exchange traded and mutual funds, allowing advisors to explore open architecture portfolios. The tool will permit advisors to compare two portfolios side-by-side, evaluating investments for specific client goals.

Users will be able to export white label client- or advisor-facing reporting documents, with more comprehensive details available to advisors. Advisors can also use the tool to stress test portfolios, either at the client’s initiative or to compare hypothetical returns for different market conditions. Stress tests include both predetermined scenarios and customizable market scenarios.

WisdomTree announced a loan of $30 million to AdvisorEngine earlier this year, with the digital advice firm’s purchase of Junxure. The move was seen as a way to get more of the asset manager’s products in front of advisors and end-clients.
