THE QUALIFICATIONS:
Anyone can nominate a friend or colleague who meets the following criteria:

A minimum of three years in the industry as a producing retail registered rep or investment advisor rep.

A minimum of one year with his or her present firm as of Jan. 1, 2007.

Good compliance standing. (Nominees' compliance records will be checked — we must have nominee's middle name and for registered reps, his or her CRD number.)

Not a previous Outstanding Advisor (or Broker) Award recipient.
-
Ranked in the top 25th percentile of his or her firm's retail producers.
THE CRITERIA:
Registered Rep. will select the Outstanding Advisors based on:

Superior performance in money management, client service and business building.

Acknowledged peer recognition and respect.
-
Extensive community or philanthropic activities.
The Process:

Complete the online nominee entry form, which can be found at www.registeredrep.com/OAA.

Please include a short essay. Write no more than 750 words detailing why the candidate deserves to win an OAA (i.e., community and philanthropic activities, notable achievements).

Submit Electronically.
In addition to the announcement in the May issue, winners will be flown, all expenses paid, to New York City for the 2008 awards ceremony.
