ETFs focusing on traditional asset classes, such as Treasurys and corporate bonds, and in stable markets, including the U.S., Japan and Canada, have raised the most capital in 2018, ranked by flows to net assets ratios. (Only funds with a minimum of $1 billion in assets were ranked.) 

JPMorgan Chase manages four of the top six ETFs in this list while State Street has eight of the top 20.
