S&P MidCap 400 Quality Index
The Invesco S&P MidCap Quality ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P MidCap 400 Quality Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the component securities that comprise the Index. The Index is a modified market capitalization weighted index that holds approximately 80 securities in the S&P Midcap 400 Index that have the highest quality scores, which are computed based on a composite of three proprietary factors.
S&P 500 Growth at a Reasonable Price Index
The Invesco S&P 500 GARP ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P 500 Growth at a Reasonable Price Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the component securities that comprise the Index. The Index is composed of approximately 75 securities in the S&P 500 Index that have been identified as having the highest growth scores and quality and value composite scores, calculated pursuant to the index methodology. The Index constituents are weighted based on their growth scores.
S&P 400 High Momentum Value Index
The Invesco S&P MidCap Value with Momentum ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P 400 High Momentum Value Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the component securities that comprise the Index. The Index is composed of 120 securities in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index having the highest "value scores" and "momentum scores," calculated pursuant to the index methodology. Index constituents are weighted by their value scores; securities with higher value scores receive relatively greater weights.
Northern Trust Developed Markets ex US Quality Low Volatility Index
The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Northern Trust Developed Markets ex US Quality Low Volatility Index (the Underlying Index ). The Northern Trust Developed Markets ex-US Quality Low Volatility Index (Underlying Index) is designed to reflect the performance of a selection of companies that, in aggregate, possess lower overall absolute volatility characteristics relative to the Northern Trust Global Index, excluding the United States. The Underlying Index looks to select companies from the Parent Index that are designated as Large/Mid cap companies as defined by the Parent Index and exhibit financial strength and stability (i.e., quality) characteristics. The Underlying Index seeks to enhance risk-return characteristics and have lower volatility to the broader developed ex-US equity market.
ROBO Global Healthcare Technology & Innovation Index
The ROBO Global Healthcare Technology and Innovation ETF (HTEC) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the ROBO Global Healthcare Technology and Innovation Index. The index methodology follows a modified factor weighting scheme and rebalances on a quarterly basis to more effectively respond to and capture changes in the technological and competitive landscapes while maintaining critical diversification. Including more than 80 stocks across 9 subsectors in 15 countries, the index is built to minimize risk by limiting reliance on the largest-cap players, and to capture the growth of rapidly developing healthcare technology companies around the globe.
Innovator MSCI Emerging Markets Power Buffer ETF - July
The Innovator MSCI Emerging Markets Power Buffer ETF seeks to track the price return of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, up to a predetermined cap, while buffering investors against the first 9% of losses over the outcome period. The ETF can be held indefinitely, resetting at the end of each outcome period, approximately annually.
Innovation Labs Cannabis Index
The Cannabis ETF (the Fund ) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Innovation Labs Cannabis Index (the Index ). The Index is a proprietary, rules-based index designed to track the performance of a portfolio of Cannabis Companies. These Cannabis Companies are primarily located in the United States and Canada, but may be located in other countries as well. The initial universe of Index constituents (the Index Universe ) consists of publicly listed Cannabis Companies that are involved in the legal cannabis industry. Legal refers to being permitted under the applicable (i) controlled substance or (ii) food, drug, and cosmetics, or equivalent laws and regulations under whose jurisdiction the Cannabis Company is subject that govern the cultivation, production or distribution, for medical or non-medical purposes, of cannabis in a particular country.

The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Northern Trust Quality Low Volatility Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Northern Trust US Quality Low Volatility Index (Underlying Index) is designed to reflect the performance of a selection of companies that, in aggregate, possess lower overall absolute volatility characteristics relative to the Northern Trust 1250 Index, a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index of U.S. domiciled large- and mid-capitalization companies. In addition, the Underlying Index looks to select companies from the Parent Index that exhibit financial strength and stability (i.e., quality) characteristics. The Underlying Index seeks to enhance risk-return characteristics and have lower volatility to the broader U.S. equity market.

Underlying Index constituents are weighted by their value scores; securities with higher value scores receive relatively greater weights.

The Aptus Collared Income Opportunity ETF seeks current income and capital appreciation. An actively-managed strategy seeking growth and income using collared equities. The strategy invests in 30 global large-cap dividend payers, pursues additional income through covered calls, and tries to minimize downside using long puts on each stock. The strategy also generally keeps 1-2% in index call options to pursue additional gains in rising markets.

FTSE USA Shariah Index
The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the FTSE USA Shariah Index. The FTSE Global Equity Shariah Index Series has been designed to be used as the basis of Shariah compliant investment products that meet the requirements of Islamic investors globally. Using the Large and Mid Cap stocks from the FTSE Global Equity Index Series as a base universe, constituents are then screened against a clear set of Shariah principles. Shariah screening is undertaken by Yasaar Limited, to create a Shariah compliant index series. The series has been fully certified as Shariah-compliant through the issue of a Fatwa (Islamic legal opinion). The FTSE Shariah USA Index contains USA stocks that meet these criteria. S&P 500 ESG Index
Xtrackers S&P 500 ESG ETF (the Fund ), seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 ESG Index (the Underlying Index ). The S&P 500 ESG Index is a broad-based, market-cap-weighted index that is designed to measure the performance of securities meeting sustainability criteria, while maintaining similar overall industry group weights as the S&P 500. The index excludes companies with disqualifying UN Global Compact scores and business involvement in tobacco or controversial weapons, then targets 75% of the float market capitalization of each GICS Industry Group within the S&P 500, using an ESG score as the defining characteristic.
