MEME is designed to offer investors exposure to meme stocks by providing investment results that closely track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Roundhill Meme Stock Index (MEME Index). MEME is the first ETF globally explicitly designed to track the performance of meme stocks. The MEME Index consists of 25 equal-weighted U.S. listed equity securities that exhibit a combination of elevated social media activity and high short interest. Short interest is calculated by the percentage of a securitys float which are currently sold short. Social media activity and short interest data are supplied by third-party data providers. The index is rebalanced every two weeks, in order to best attempt to capture trending stocks as they emerge. The index is composed of a portfolio of exchange-listed real estate investment trusts ("REITs") in developed markets meeting the business, financial, socially responsible investing and green investing criteria determined by IdealRatings, Inc. The BITA Messenger RNA Technology Index (BMRNAIN) provides exposure to the performance of companies, publicly listed in the United States, Canada and Europe, that are leading the development and application of mRNA technology. mRNA is a single stranded ribonucleic acid ( RNA ) molecule that is complementary to one of the DNA strands of a gene. mRNA plays a vital role in protein synthesis in the human body, and mRNA technologies leverage this vital role to enable targeted cells to produce proteins that enable the body to fight or prevent a given disease. As an example, mRNA technology is the basis for certain COVID 19 vaccines. Eligible companies must meet certain conditions as specified by the Index Provider as well as market capitalization and liquidity requirements. QSWN seeks investment results that correspond to the S-Network BlackSwan Tech & Treasury Index (the Index). BTHM provides diversified exposure to a spectrum of U.S. market themes ranging from long-term, structural trends to recent, impactful, short-term trends. It seeks outperformance by accessing timely and dynamic information to invest across industries that can shape the global economic future.

DFRA seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the FCF Yield Enhanced Real Asset Index (the  Underlying Index). The Adviser currently defines real assets equities as common stock, real estate investment trusts REITs ), master limited partnerships ( MLPs ), and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) included in the  Real Assets Industry Group,  as defined by the Index Provider. 

JHPI is an ETF, which is a fund that trades like other publicly-traded securities. The fund is not an index fund. The fund is actively managed and does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified index. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in preferred stocks and other preferred securities. Preferred stocks and preferred securities include, but are not limited to, convertible preferred securities, corporate hybrid securities, Trust Preferred Securities (defined below), cumulative and non-cumulative preferred stock, and depositary shares of preferred stock. Preferred securities generally pay fixed or adjustable-rate distributions to investors and have preference over common stock in the payment of distributions and the liquidation of a company s assets, but are generally junior to all forms of the company's debt, including both senior and subordinated debt.

VBB is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund that will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities of U.S. operating companies that have innovative balance sheets, which the Fund s investment sub-adviser, Vident Investment Advisory, LLC ( Vident  or the  Sub-Adviser ), considers to be operating companies that directly or indirectly invest in, transact in, or otherwise have exposure to bitcoin (such as bitcoin custodians, exchanges or traders). This may include companies that invest in or have any portion of their assets accounted for by direct bitcoin holdings, including companies that hold or transact in relatively small amounts of bitcoin. The Fund may also invest up to 20% of its net assets in companies that do not meet the innovative balance sheet criteria above but otherwise operate in the bitcoin ecosystem. ZGEN invests in companies that were born after the internet and whose use, values, disruptiveness, and innovativeness align with Generation Z. Four metrics are used to identify companies that align most with Generation Z. First, a  use  score that evaluates how much Gen Z uses a company and how much a company targets Gen Z. Second, a  values  score evaluates how much a company s core values and mission relate to the core values of Gen Z. Third, an  innovation  score that evaluates how much a company is dedicated to improving their product or service. Finally, a  disruption  score evaluates how well a company is positioned to continue growing in its industry and displace competitors. The summation of these four scores which are determined through both qualitative and quantitative analyses comprise the overall  Gen Z Score,  which is the ultimate determinant to a company s position and weighting within the fund.

RAYD invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities of developed market companies. The equity securities in which the Fund invests are primarily common stocks and depositary receipts, including unsponsored depositary receipts, but may also include preferred stocks, exchange-traded funds ( ETFs ), and securities of other investment companies. The Fund may invest in securities of companies with any market capitalization with a particular focus on mid- and large-capitalization securities. The Fund is primarily made up of stocks from developed markets that are selected using a quantitative investment approach with human discretion.

RAYE is an active strategy that employs big data and sophisticated quantitative models to identify investment opportunities in emerging market stocks traded around the world. The resulting portfolio is designed to capture emerging markets growth, reduce risk, and exploit behavioral bias to outperform a passive approach.

FCSH primarily invests in a diversified portfolio of investment-grade, fixed-income securities consisting primarily of corporate debt securities. The Fund's investment adviser (the  Adviser ) seeks to enhance the Fund s performance by allocating relatively more of its portfolio to the security type that the Adviser expects to offer the best balance between current income and risk. Some of the corporate debt securities in which the Fund invests are considered to be  foreign securities,  which are securities of issuers based outside of the United States. FHYS pursues its investment objective by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of U.S. dollar-denominated, high-yield, fixed-income instruments. Such investments may include high-yield corporate bonds (also known as  junk bonds ) and floating rate term loans, each of which may be issued by U.S. or foreign, including developed and emerging markets, businesses. The Fund may also invest in other loan (and loan-related) instruments, including bank loans, covenant-lite loans, and syndicated loans. The Fund may also invest in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), a type of asset-backed security.

GDMN is actively managed using a models-based approach. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, either directly or through a wholly-owned subsidiary, in a portfolio comprised of (i) U.S.-listed gold futures contracts and (ii) global equity securities issued by companies that derive at least 50% of their revenue from the gold mining business ( Gold Miners ). The Fund uses U.S.-listed gold futures contracts to enhance the capital efficiency of the Fund. 

GFGF is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ( ETF ). The Fund s investment strategy is to seek to grow the capital by investing in high quality companies that are favored by prominent long-term investors ( Gurus ) and at reasonable prices. The Fund s investment sub-adviser, GuruFocus Investments, LLC (the  Sub-Adviser ) tracks the equity portfolio holdings of approximately twenty Gurus. To be considered a Guru, the investor must have a long-term, publicly available, track record of at least ten years. In addition, the Guru must follow an investment strategy of investing in companies that the Guru considers to be high-quality. The list of Gurus will generally remain consistent absent unusual circumstances   for example, the retirement of a particular Guru.

MNM seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the performance of the S&P Metals and Mining Select Industry Index. The S&P Metals & Mining Select Industry Index is a modified equal-weighted index that is designed to measure the performance of the equity securities of companies in the S&P Total Market Index that are classified by the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) as being in the metals and mining industry. The metals and mining industry includes companies in the following sub-industries: aluminum; coal & consumable fuels; copper; diversified metals & mining; gold; precious metals & minerals; silver; and steel. The Index does not include metal commodities.

UBCB is actively managed by proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowing for investment purposes) in large capitalization ( large cap ) companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges and markets, including common stocks, American Depositary Receipts ( ADRs ) and exchange-traded funds ( ETFs ) that provide exposure to large cap companies. In normal market conditions, the Adviser anticipates the Fund will hold 40-100 different positions across a broad spectrum of industries as dictated by its proprietary investment models.
