Overlay Shares Small Cap Equity ETF (OVS)
The Fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ( ETF ) that seeks to achieve its objective by (i) investing in one or more other ETFs that seek to obtain exposure to the performance of U.S. small cap equity securities or directly in the securities held by such ETFs (collectively, the Underlying Investments ) and (ii) selling and purchasing listed short-term put options to generate income to the Fund (the Overlay Strategy ). The Overlay Strategy seeks to generate income for the Fund by utilizing a put spread consisting of the sale of exchange-listed short-term put options ( Short Puts ) with a notional value (strike price times the value of the shares) up to 100% of the Fund s net assets and the purchase of an identical number of short-term put options ( Long Puts ) with a lower strike price. The Fund seeks to generate income from the sale and purchase of put options with a lower strike price to hedge against a decline in the options underlying asset, the S&P 600 Index.
HCM Defender 500 Index (LGH)
The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, including borrowings for investment purposes but exclusive of collateral held from securities lending, in securities included in the HCM 500 Index. The HCM 500 Index seeks to outperform the S&P 500 Index using a proprietary methodology. The S&P 500 Index is comprised of common stocks issued by 500 large-capitalization companies traded on American stock exchanges. The HCM 500 Index alternates exposure between a full equity position, a 50/50 equity/1-3-month Treasury instruments (including ETFs, mutual funds or derivatives), or a full 1-3-month Treasury instruments position. The Fund may gain exposure to securities included in the HCM 500 Index indirectly through investments in derivatives and other investment companies.
Schwab Long-Term U.S. Treasury ETF (SCHQ)
The funds goal is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of an index that measures the performance of the long-term U.S. Treasury bond market. To pursue its goal, the fund generally invests in securities that are included in the Bloomberg Barclays US Long Treasury Index. The index includes all publicly issued, U.S. Treasury securities that have a remaining maturity of ten or more years, are rated investment grade, and have $300 million or more of outstanding face value. The securities in the index must be denominated in U.S. dollars and must be fixed-rate and non-convertible. The index excludes U.S. Treasury stripped securities. The index is market capitalization weighted and the securities in the index are updated on the last business day of each month.

XOUT U.S. Large Cap Index (XOUT)
The GraniteShares XOUT U.S. Large Cap ETF seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the XOUT U.S. Large Cap Index. The index utilizes a proprietary, quantitative methodology developed by XOUT Capital, LLC (the Index Provider ), designed to identify companies that have a risk of being disrupted and as a result could underperform their relevant sector. The companies identified are then excluded from the index selection.
Barclays Silver 3 Month Index Total Return (SBUG)
The iPath Silver ETNs (the "ETNs") are designed to provide exposure to the Barclays Silver 3 Month Index Total Return (the "Index"). The objective of the Index is to provide exposure to a rolling position in futures contracts on silver that will become the first liquid nearby futures contracts three months in the future in accordance with a specified schedule. The Index uses a proprietary Bull/Bear market risk indicator that seeks to determine whether U.S. equity markets appear to be in an advancing market (a Bull indicator) or appear to have an elevated risk of market decline (a Bear indicator). When the Bull/Bear Indicator signals a Bull market, the Index identifies a portfolio of eight ETFs, one selected from each of the eight ETF categories: Sectors-1, Sectors-2, StyleMix, Factors, Global/Regions, Bonds-1 and Bonds-2.
