CYA invests in fixed income and income generating ETFs. The Fund will invest between 50-90% of the Fund’s assets in income generating ETFs including affiliated funds managed by the adviser. The Fund considers an ETF an income generating ETF if the ETF demonstrates an attractive distribution or income yield (i.e., a yield that is greater than 2 year Treasury notes), for example ETFs that invest in REITs or MLPs or ETFs that seek to provide the inverse of the S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures Index.
UVIX seeks to provide daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond generally to twice the performance of the Long VIX Futures Index (Ticker: LONGVOL). The Long VIX Futures Index expresses the daily performance of a theoretical portfolio of first and second month VIX futures contracts that are rolled daily. The Index determines its daily settlement price from the Time Weighted Average Price (TWAP) of its theoretical portfolio over the last 15 minutes of the regular equity trading session.
NVDS seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to 1.25 times the inverse of the daily performance of the common shares of NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA). The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period of time different than a trading day.

BABX seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 1.75 times (175%) the daily percentage change of the common stock of Alibaba Group Holding Limited, (NASDAQ: BABA). The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that attempts to replicate 1.75 times (175%) the daily percentage change of the Underlying Stock by entering into a swap agreement on the Underlying Stock. The Fund aims to generate 1.75 times the daily performance of the Underlying Stock for a single day.
The CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) is a widely followed measure of the expected volatility of the S&P 500. Since the VIX is not directly investable S&P 500 volatility exposure is often achieved through VIX futures. Each of the VIX futures indexes measures the movements of a combination of VIX futures and is designed to track changes in the expectation for VIX over a specific time window in the future. As a result the S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures Index and VIXY can be expected to perform differently than the VIX.
OARK primary investment objective is to seek current income. The Fund secondary investment objective is to seek exposure to the share price of the ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK), subject to a limit on potential investment gains. The Fund seeks to deliver participation in the price returns of ARKK while providing current monthly income through a portfolio substantially composed of short-term U.S. Treasury securities, cash and cash equivalents, and in option contracts that reference the price performance of ARKK.
WEBS seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300%, or 300% of the inverse (or opposite), of the performance of the Dow Jones Internet Composite Index. The Dow Jones Internet Composite Index (DJINETT) is provided by S&P Dow Jones Indices and includes companies that generate at least 50% of their annual sales/revenue from the internet as determined by the Index Provider. Additionally, each stock must have a minimum of three months’ trading history and a three month average market capitalization of at least $100 million. The Index consists of 40 stocks that are included in two different sectors, internet commerce and internet services.
YINN seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the price performance of the FTSE China 50 Index (the China Index). There is no guarantee the fund will meet its stated investment objective. The FTSE China 50 Index (TXIN0UNU) consists of the 50 largest and most liquid public Chinese companies currently trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“SEHK”). Securities in the Index are weighted based on the total market value of their shares, so that securities with higher total market values will generally have a higher representation in the Index.
TECS seek daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% or 300% of the inverse (or opposite) of the performance of the S&P Technology Select Sector Index. There is no guarantee the funds will meet their stated investment objectives. The Index is calculated by the using a modified “market capitalization” methodology, which is a hybrid between equal weighting and conventional capitalization weighting with the weighting capped for the largest stocks included in the Index. Each stock in the S&P 500 Index is allocated to one and only one of the Select Sector Indexes & each of the component securities in the Index is a constituent company of the S&P 500.
BITI seeks a return that is -1x the return of its underlying benchmark (target) for a single day, as measured from one NAV calculation to the next. The fund provides an opportunity to profit when the daily price of bitcoin declines. The Fund seeks to invest in cash settled, front month bitcoin futures. The Fund may also invest in back month, cash settled bitcoin futures contracts. Front month bitcoin futures contracts are those contracts with the shortest time to maturity. Back month bitcoin futures contracts are those with longer times to maturity.
