Gideon is a partner with New York's Moses & Singer, LLP. His specialty is estate planning and asset-protection planning. He currently serves as chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Asset Protection as well as on the board of advisors for The Journal of Asset Protection and The Practical Accountant. Rothschild is an editorial consultant for Global Asset Protection Reports and a frequent contributor to the New York Law Journal, among other publications.
