As Women’s History Month comes to a close, it’s pertinent to once again draw attention to the fact that only 28% of all financial advisors in the U.S. today are women.
While some progress is being made toward closing the gender gap in financial services, and companies are making commitments to the advancement of women in the field, there are, nonetheless, steps female financial advisors can take to influence growth in their careers.
