Having some Siri envy? The voice-activated ‘personal assistant’ is a useful tool if you are an iPhone owner. Now Android owners can get a similar service. Try Vlingo (http://www.vlingo.com/), the app that turns any mobile device into a digital assistant. Find restaurants, Tweet, and jot down notes from a client meeting, all without taking your hands off the wheel. No it won’t brew coffee. But it will search for a drive-through café — and likely a better cup of Joe.
