Three brokerage firms graced Fortune's “100 Best Companies to Work For” this year: Edward Jones took 29th place, ringing up eight straight years on the list; Robert W. Baird came in 38th, with four straight years on the list; and A.G. Edwards squeezed its way on at number 99, marking its 12th straight year on the list — that last distinction shared by only five other companies.
