The deficiency of risk tolerance questionnaires is more basic than this article indicates. The client completes these in the calm and quiet of the advisor's office. Then watch how they react...
Like most advice for advisors, too ambiguous to be actionable. This is more "what to do" rather than "how to do it." Anyone can give talks like this--empty of anything useful.
