IMHO, Sungard works well if your client's net worth is less than $4M. However, once you get into serious tax and estate planning issues, there are better options out there. Best!

Depending on what state you're in, it may not be as bad as you think. In many states, those types of contracts are not enforceable. Seek out a good attorney who specializes in financial services...
