If you want the 63 you don't need to be sponsored...for the 7 you will need to be sponsored...my suggestion is get the 63 on your own and look for desirable companies you would like to work for...

I think if you bring the assets you keep the higher percentage but if they give you leads or prospects you would have to split it with the team and possibly be less than what you expect.

MSSB is more of a wirehouse compared to Wells it all depends what you feel...
