The law firm of Williams, McDaniel, Wolfe & Womack, P.C., was established in 1967 by the late Bob T. Williams. Mr. Williams was one of the premier real estate attorneys in the Memphis area. Throughout his career, he diligently worked to insure that all matters were handled properly and that clients were satisfied. As expressed in the firm?s earliest mission statement, his goal was ?to provide the highest quality legal service in a manner that reflects the utmost in professionalism, ethics, integrity and skill.? That goal remains the firm?s commitment today.

Today, the firm is a full service law firm representing and advising clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, charitable planning, elder law, corporate law, business transactions, commercial lending, business litigation, family law and personal injury. Through associations with other specialized law firms, legal services of every type are available to the client.

Life after wirehouse? 1

After 18 months in the industry, all at WFA, I will be leaving the firm. I have not had great success at a wirehouse. It started well in the apprentice period and the first 6 months, but I missed my hurdle at the 9 month mark and have been scraping by ever since. After taking a further look at the requirements for the next 3 years, I realize that my head is going to be on the chopping block for most of that time barring someone in my network hitting the Powerball. I take full responsibility for this, but I will add that my firm has offered me little, if any, support at the local level....More
