We often acquire a property by buying a distressed loan at a deep discount and then take possession of the property through foreclosure. An important part of our business model is our comprehensive property management platform - Resource Residential. This highly specialized division of Resource Real Estate is responsible for fixing and stabilizing the properties once they have been acquired. Unlike most property managers, Resource Residential specializes in distressed real estate operations and manages properties to create value for investors.
