Services include mutual fund accounting and recordkeeping, custody, marketing, distribution, and mutual fund transfer agency services. The company also provides administrative services related to hedge funds and exchange-traded funds, managed account programs for money managers and plan sponsors, global custody and securities lending, debit and check card processing, and financial reporting services. A subsidiary of PNC Financial Services, PNC Global Investment Servicing is being bought by Bank of New York Mellon for some $2.3 billion.
