Fameco Real Estate, LP was formed in 1992 as a brokerage firm specializing exclusively in retail real estate and the shopping center industry. While our original focus was primarily Retailer Representation, we have expanded our concentration to all aspects of the retail real estate industry including Landlord Representation, Property Management and Investment Sales.In 2008, Fameco opened an office in Woodbridge, N.J. to accommodate the growth of its clientele in northern and central New Jersey. By creating a stronger presence in the market, we are well positioned to extend our market reach and deliver our highly regarded services to retailers, owners and developers in the region. Our clients have continually requested our expertise in this marketplace. As a result, the Woodbridge office is a natural progression of our business model.
