Financial advisors of late have suffered no shortage of initiatives, webinars, conferences, articles and whitepapers on how to better serve a growing contingent of female clients. Yet the industry itself has a dearth of women in the top ranks. Nearly 29% of all registered financial advisors in wirehouses are female, according to the Meridian database of financial advisors; yet there are only six in our list of the top 100.
