Ladies and gentlemen. I am a professional (of another industry) who recenty passed my exams to be an Investment Advisor Rep. Since I'm a part-timer at this and already quite busy (and pretty satisfied) in my existing profession I am struggling a bit to find a good fit. I was hired and sponsored by a firm I was a client with for many years but their minimum production requirements, given poor back-office support, seemed daunting. Recently I was picked up by another firm (that shall remain nameless) that seems much more bent on recruting than selling. I'm not very interested in "building a team". What would be a good option for an educated, licensed, part-timer? Thanks in advance for any honest advice.
