expanded its operations on the West Coast Monday with the addition of the team from Washington-based Triad Wealth Stewardship with $400 million in client assets.
Led by Larry (Lars) Knudsen and Dan Stober, the nine-member team joined the firm as HighTower Bellevue, located in Bellevue, Wash. Monday’s move marks the 43rd team to join the HighTower partnership.
“Lars and Dan’s entrepreneurial drive and independent-mindset are an excellent fit with the culture and mission of HighTower,” said Michael Parker, HighTower’s National Director of Enterprise Development.
Founded in 2007, Triad Wealth Stewardship serves approximately 250 individuals and institutional clients with $400 million in assets.
Knudsen and Stober, Triad’s former managing directors, joined as partners of HighTower.In addition to Knuden and Stober, the team includes Director of Private Client Services Jennifer Vandenberg, wealth manager Randy Williams-Gurian, junior client wealth associate Jacob Linton, executive assistant Andie Evans and client service associates Judy Evans, Holly Carver and Tyler Rauch.
Before founding Triad, Knudsen ran Financial Security Group (FSG), which later merged with Moss Adams. Stober started his career at, spending six years there before joining Knudsen at FSG. After the Moss Adams merger, Stober launched he Covault Wealth Advisors, which later with Triad.
