Comings & Goings: November 2010

Prudential said it named Jackson National Life Insurance Vice Chairman and COO Mike Wells as Jackson's president and CEO. He succeeds Clark Manning, who steps down in December. Manning will chair Prudential's U.S. operations until April 30, 2011.

Trust Company of America named Bob Oros as vice president/national sales manager, and Jennifer Nealson as chief marketing officer. Oros previously worked at LPL Financial as executive vice president of custom clearing services. He succeeded Al Leary, who left the company. Nealson previously was VP of marketing and communications at Republic Financial, an international investment firm, and VP at Centrix Financial, a financial services firm.

Royal Alliance Associates hired Kevin Beard as SVP of recruiting. Kevin previously was regional director at Rehmann Group, where he was responsible for recruiting and acquisition of wealth management firms.

FSC Securities Corp. named John Dillon the new chief compliance officer and Rick Kundracik SVP of recruiting and national sales. Dillon previously was director of the sales practice surveillance unit at Citi Smith Barney; Kundracik had been vice president, institutional sales, at WBI Investments.
