AIG Advisor Group hired Mark J. Schlafly as president and CEO of FSC Securities Corporation (FSC) and Advantage Capital Corporation (ACC). He will also assume responsibility for the AIG Advisor Group Elite Partner Program, and oversee the investment products and research group and marketing functions. Schlafly joins AIG from LPL Financial where he served as senior vice president of Brokerage Products

Schlafly joins AIG from LPL Financial where he served as senior vice president of Brokerage Products and Services.

Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management announced that George J. Zahringer III has joined the firm as a managing director and client advisor. Zahringer joins the firm from Bear Stearns where he was a senior managing director.

Fidelity Investments named Ronald P. Fiske Jr. Jr. executive vice president of product development and management for its Institutional Wealth Services business. Fiske joins Fidelity after more than eight years at Pershing LLC.

U.S. money management firm BlackRock hired Curtis Arledge as co-head of U.S. fixed-income. Arledge was formerly with the Wachovia Corporation for 12 years.
