Charity Auction "Just Around the Corner"

On Sunday May 31,2015, Sotheby’s was involved in the ‘Just Around the Corner’ auction to benefit the the Milgris Trust and the Voss Foundation, which provide clean water, sanitation and hygiene in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The auction was in the setting of the Kistefos Museum and grounds outside Oslo, Norway. and featured more than 50 lots including works by Richard Prince, Darren Almond, Elmgreen & Dragset, Antony Gormley and William Wegman, among many others.

The auction raised nearly $1.5 million.
