Unique Combination Offers Advertisers Triple Play with 165,000 Financial Intermediaries

September 13, 2002 – New York, NY – PRIMEDIA’s Financial Services Group, Registered Rep. and Trusts & Estates magazines, and CFPN’s Financial Advisor magazine announced today a unique marketing partnership aimed at providing advertisers with targeted coverage of financial intermediaries under very attractive terms. The combined audiences of the three magazines represent over 165,000 stockbrokers, financial planners, registered investment advisors, attorneys and trust officers. The agreement relates to the full spectrum of media offered by both organizations including print advertising, online advertising, newsletters, conferences and the like.

Rich Santos, group publisher of PRIMEDIA’s Registered Rep. and Trusts & Estates magazines, and David Smith, executive vice president and publisher of Financial Advisor, made the announcement at the Financial Advisor Symposium in Chicago. They stated their plan to offer advertisers attractive opportunities across the three-title platform through the end of 2003, although schedules must be confirmed by the end of this year. Prices on existing schedules are not affected. “In this current economic climate, we want to help our advertisers stretch their marketing dollars and buy the most productive and quality franchises in the industry,” said Rich Santos and David Smith.
