Kate Healy, director of marketing at TD Ameritrade, has been named managing director of marketing for TD Ameritrade Institutional, replacing Paul Zettl who was recently named managing director of retail and social media marketing.

Investment Centers of America, an independent broker/dealer owned by Jackson National Life Insurance Company, has appointed Jim Komoszewski as regional manager and senior vice president of practice management. Previously, he was at National Planning Corporation, serving as first vice president and director of practice management.

Joe Russo, chairman of the Financial Services Institute, has moved his 63-advisor office of supervisory jurisdiction from National Planning Corporation to LPL Financial. In 2001, Russo founded Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based Advantage Financial Group, which now has $2 billion in AUM.

Mutual fund administration firm Gemini Fund Services has promoted President Andrew Rogers to CEO and Executive Vice President Kevin Wolf to president.  Rogers will continue to focus on business development.
