I am currently at Jones and have been offered this position which is more up my alley.  I am under the 3 year non-compete.  Does Wachovia Financial cover that?  Just wanting some preliminary info before making my decision.

Only way to find out if Wachovia will cover that is to ask them. If you’ve got a certain amount of assets, they may offer to buy out your contract.
