After having reviewed the revised plan put forth today, I found it to be considerably better than the original that was floated in December. In calculating the terms, it appears to offer approximately 50% more over the course of 13 months, with half delivered in March of this year. While not on par with the recruiting deals available, I believe it will make it easier for those FA’s that really don’t want to make a move to stay put. Any other perspectives?

UBS is collapsing. Over leveraged, badly managed, bloated and way behind the tech times.

Not according to the people at IT. Workstations built in 02. RM is a joke.

I am curious to see what the terms of the 7 year deal are. I am actively looking for a new place to hang my hat, and don’t have any intention of signing an onerous deal. I think they moved up the check to see who is serious about sticking around.

There are seven year old workstations, Avaya telephone systems and software from another age. Decrepit.
