Alright guys - give me your top 3-5 questions one should absolutely ask a prospective employer during a recruiting meeting. I'm sitting with a regional manager for a large firm a week from today. What are some questions you wished you would have asked before accepting a deal and switching firms. This would be my first rodeo so I want to make sure I'm as prepared as possible.

Find out if they want you to push a certain product or strategy, as compared to using all the available resources and doing the best thing for a client.

Are you just entering the biz, or switching firms?

Ask them if they will put everything they tell you in writing.

Focus on the platforms you use now. And ask about what they have that corresponds. Ask about open architecture, support staff.

I would ask what the branch does to support your marketing efforts.

After that its whatever is important to you.

I didnt ask enough questions when i moved, i just got lucky, because i am pretty satisfied.

I'm switching firms for the first time - potentially and want to go into this with as much information as possible. The purpose of me asking is that I know there has been a lot of movement or at least inquiries on moving made by many members here. I just wanted to pick your brain and figure out what questions are must ask questions.
