While ML claims to be recruiting all of these brokers, our offices are still like a ghost town.  You may bring in 5 new recruits but that does not replace the thirty that left the complex.   How are advisors feeling after client day 1?  Are ML advisors still nervous?  Would love to hear what people are thinking considering we are still in the ey of the storm as far as integration.

Got a call the other day from a BAI buddy looking for new recruits. Just curious what they are offering new reps in terms comp and training. Also, are they paying current reps for referring someone?
