How long does it take to get your transition bonus?
Thank you.From what i have heard, 140% up front of T12 if $500k+ w/ total pkg up to 350% bonus based on some targets in years 1-5 for back end comp.
MSSB is also 140% upfront but 250% Max bonus. WFC is 60% up front, 60% @ 15 months if you hit your T12 from old firm during first 15 months. Been told this is the worst of the main firms.You open a ML account and it hits the account the evening of your first day of employment.
