it is amazing how the brothels (MS. MER, UBS, SB etc) are settling these  cases.  Recently got my CA check.  Congrats to those who have $$ coming and those who have not gotten in on the fun…sounds like all will eventually get some.

I've worked for both Smith Barney and Merrill lynch in New York. About 4 yrs in each place.

Does anyone know how I could file a claim? Thanks!

I’m not a big fan of these things, but it sure would be fun to extract some cash from my former bank employer, especially after they sent me a crappy little bill for “unearned” commissions, even though they had collected well more from those clients than they claimed was unearned, and even though I left some huge fee-based commissions on the table that they never compensated me for.  I swear…I signed one of the stupidest, most one-sided contracts I ever saw…stupid me…
